PasteLift is a workout tracking application designed to make it easy to turn workout information into structured, trackable workout data.

For example, you may paste a workout generated by an AI assistant, written by a trainer, or created by you. PasteLift may automatically process that information and convert it into structured exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, durations, and other workout metrics.

We then use that information to provide features such as workout tracking, workout history, progress information, and other features available through the Service.

The information we collect depends on how you use PasteLift.

Information You Provide

When you create and use a PasteLift account, you may provide information such as:

• Your name or display name.
• Email address.
• Account and authentication information.
• Workout information.
• Exercise names.
• Sets, repetitions, weights, duration, distance, pace, calories, heart rate, and other workout metrics.
• Workout notes and other information you choose to include.
• Information you provide when contacting us or requesting support.
• Subscription and account information.

You are not required to provide information that is not necessary for a particular feature of the Service.

Workout Information

Workout information is a central part of PasteLift.

When you paste, upload, enter, or otherwise submit workout information to PasteLift, we may process that information to:

• Identify exercises.
• Identify sets and repetitions.
• Identify weights and other measurements.
• Convert unstructured workout text into structured workout data.
• Organize your workouts.
• Calculate workout statistics and metrics.
• Display your workout history.
• Provide other workout-tracking functionality.

You retain ownership of the workout information and other content you submit to PasteLift.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use PasteLift, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:

• IP address.
• Device type.

• Pages, screens, or features accessed.
• Dates and times of activity.

To provide certain AI-powered features, PasteLift may send relevant information to third-party technology providers that process information on our behalf.

We only send information that is reasonably necessary for the applicable feature.

Where third-party AI services are used, their processing of information may also be governed by their applicable agreements and privacy practices.

PasteLift does not represent that every AI provider uses identical data-handling practices. We configure and select providers based on the needs of the Service and applicable contractual and privacy requirements.

We will not state that your information is used to train a third-party AI model unless that is actually the case for the relevant service.

Business Transactions

If ABCD Group LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information associated with PasteLift may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide appropriate consent.

We do not claim ownership of the workouts, workout routines, notes, or other content that you submit to PasteLift.

You retain your rights in your User Content.

However, PasteLift needs permission to process and store that content in order to provide the Service.

By submitting information to PasteLift, you grant ABCD Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, and display that information solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

This license does not give ABCD Group LLC ownership of your workout content.

PasteLift is designed primarily around workout tracking.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for using the Service.

For example, do not intentionally submit passwords, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information into workout notes or other free-form fields.

If you choose to include personal information in content you submit to PasteLift, that information may be processed as part of providing the Service.

Workout information can sometimes reveal information about a person's health, physical activity, or physical condition.

PasteLift processes workout information primarily to provide workout-tracking functionality.

PasteLift is not a healthcare provider and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

We do not require you to provide medical information to use PasteLift.

You should consider carefully whether you want to enter health-related information into free-form notes or other optional fields.

PasteLift may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar technologies to operate the Service.

These technologies may be used to:

• Keep you signed in.
• Maintain your session.
• Remember preferences.
• Provide security features.
• Understand how the Service is used.
• Diagnose technical problems.
• Improve the Service.

The technologies used may vary as PasteLift evolves.

Your payment-card information may be handled directly by the payment processor rather than stored by PasteLift.

• Subscription and billing communications.

• Responses to support requests.

If we send optional marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in the communication.

You may continue to receive important transactional or service-related communications even after opting out of marketing messages.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Providing workout history.
• Providing requested features.
• Maintaining security.

Deleting your account does not necessarily mean every copy of information is immediately deleted from backups or systems that cannot be modified immediately. Information may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

You may permanently delete your PasteLift account and associated personal information at any time from the Profile page in the app by selecting Delete Account. Deleting your account cancels your subscription and removes your account and associated data, including your workout history, saved workouts, settings, and any other user-owned data. You can also request deletion by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

When you delete your account, we will process the deletion in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate operational and legal requirements.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

PasteLift is not intended for children who are below the minimum age at which they may lawfully use the Service without parental consent under applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to PasteLift in circumstances where collection was not permitted, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

PasteLift may use or link to third-party services.

Those services may have their own privacy policies and terms.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of companies that ABCD Group LLC does not control.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing them with personal information.

PasteLift may use service providers or infrastructure located in countries other than the country where you live.

As a result, your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions with privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures for applicable international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate, such as through PasteLift or by email.

Your continued use of PasteLift after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
